4402 network error, been getting this often lately

Tv keeps dropping out even after running checks that states everything working as it should be.

I have the same problem. I have Sky Stream with Sky Puck. Live TV keeps freezing or picture breaks up and every so often the TV and Puck just switch off

@Neilsky2 Is this a recent change or has it always been that way?

Re: 4402

Same error 4402 as I've had this evening this following the 3rd time the router Internet connection dropped out in space of half an hour. Prog was channel 4 in catch up.

Last spoke to sky 3 days ago following multiple Internet dropouts and sporadic sound loss for less than a second on all channels live and catchup. Advice was to turn router off overnight or for at least an hour. Having done this I haven't noticed the sound dropout return but still having loss of Internet for around 20 seconds each time. Of course not long enough to run tests using my sky which always says there's no problem!
