not received my movie

ive just bought gran turismo and it wont play it says

your selection is unavailable at the moment please try again 

code 0805 

been like it 15 min now 

took money strait away why havnt i got my movie strait away

Spoken to sky. They have a "specialist" team working on the error. Which seems to be just this title. No time frame on when it will be fixed! Just told to keep trying and should work eventually. 

so non the wiser really, hopefully be soon!

you may be able to get through to the Skystore team if you are quick - they are open till 7.30pm but then - not till Monday 

 

if you can't get through - if you say a bit more about your problem - you might get some helpful advice from other customers here on the forum.

Edit : assuming this is a problem with a buy and keep purchase - have you tried logging on to Sky store through the app  choosing your movie - and then selecting "send to box" to see if that has any success

Hey thanks for reply. I'm on hold now to Sky as the link for Live Chat never loaded. 

I can't seem to play the movie through Sky Go or Sky Store without an error message.

 

They are now transferring me to Sky Store team to discuss. Hopefully will be able to finally watch the movie tonight.

I have got the same issue. Bought on thursday and cant watch it. My boys are annoyed as wanted to watch it last night. Do we know how long it will take before they sort the issue?

So annoying. I have got the dvd coming as well so that will probs turn up before the film works on the download. I havent had this issue before. All sat down for movie night and then no movie. Wonder if we will get any money back

Exactly the same issue here! Promised my boys a half term treat, film of their choice, paid the ridiculous price and now can't watch it - only have them for one more night before they're off to their dad's - great thanks Sky 😤🙄

Sorry to hear that, it is really bad. I have bought a few films and never had an issue. We were all sat with snacks and sweets ready to watch. Feel sorry for the kids as they are the ones that have missed out. the films are stupid prices. Wish i had downloaded it on another platform now.
