Skystore (only) on an LG Oled 2023 smart tv - thinks i've reached a device limit when i only use the tv and occasionally mobile. The link given to my account / devices doesn't exist and the websites and idiot ai chatbots are a total mess! Downloaded two purchases and can't even watch them. So sick of Sky.

If so remove them and then see if you can play the film as it should then register.
If you do only have two registered devices when did you register your phone, was it this month, if not then I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
