Skystore (only) on an LG Oled 2023 smart tv - thinks i've reached a device limit when i only use the tv and occasionally mobile. The link given to my account / devices doesn't exist and the websites and idiot ai chatbots are a total mess! Downloaded two purchases and can't even watch them. So sick of Sky.

Unfortunately I can't think of an alternative for you other than to persevere with the helpline / livechat when they re open tomorrow at 11am
We are all customers on here and can't do anything with your account

then "devices"
Does that open for you and allow you to see your devices list ?

You should be able to register up to 4 devices so do you have any old ones here that you no longer use:

If so remove them and then see if you can play the film as it should then register.
If you do only have two registered devices when did you register your phone, was it this month, if not then I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

Thanks, yes only two devices, an lg oled smart tv (both are listed as compatible on the site) and an iphone 12; the other two slots are empty but it still says you've reached your device limit when trying to load (anything) on either device. I updated my credit card at the w/e and it updatec and took a payment ok but made it worse; before the phone would work and only lg oled would limit to one film or trailer without switching off at the wall to play the next; now neither work. Helpline cut me off!

Yes, two devices (tv / mobile) and two free slots but ots saying i reached my device limit even after reinstalling the skystore app on both devices and using the qr code to login.
