Sky store purchase

Hi there. 

m I've recently purchased 65 on sky store as a HD DIgital release, the info says it was released on 23rd April. I have tired to watch this but nothing comes up just information about the movie and how to change my mind. Sky has taken the money for this but I still can't access it from sky store or playlist.
