Which have you tried @Jonmcd

I've just tried a couple on Sky store on my Sky Q box and they played ok

Is your box connected to the internet ok ?

Sky customer since 1989.
Sky Q 2TB main box
LG CX6LA from 2020

Yes it's connect to fibre broadband

Try rebooting your box at the mains.
