Why cant i delete old devices from my Sky Store Account?

I am trying to make a purchase on SkyStore for a film but i already have 4 devices set up. I have tried to delete a device but when i go to my list of devices none of the 4 tabs for the previous devices are highlighted. How do i remove a device?

Hi @Crowie15 

Well you should be able to log in to your Skystore account. Click next to your name 

Click on "my account"

then at the top - click on "devices"

then you should see a list like this (my photo is just showing two devices - your list should show 4 devices. )

then you should be able to select - remove ?

what do you see on your list ?
