Where are saved copies of my DVDs saved?

I've bought five CDs from Sky Store. After I completed each purchase, there was an on-screen message  along the lines of "We'll post you the DVD & it should reach you shortly. Until then, you can watch the film now" i.e. the film was saved for me to watch.

I've just tried to watch an old favourite of mine, "The Man Who Would Be King" but it's not listed anywhere in my saved recordings.

Can anyone tell me where they are saved, please?

Hi @OutlaneTaffy 

If you have Sky + your purchases should be in your planner under purchases 

If you have Sky Q they should be in recordings / purchases in your menu

Thanks @mike+simmonds . I've looked there but only two of my DVDs are shown, "Rambo Last Blood" and "Midway". Each one shows the 'history' i.e. when I last watched it and how much I viewed.

But the other three aren't there. (Man Who Would Be King, Wile E. Coyote and Road Runner)

Any suggestions, please?

Do you have access to Sky store on a device. Are they on there ? If so choose each one and select "send to box "

They should also be listed it onec you are logged in:

https://www.skystore.com/n/mlbm/my-library/my-movies

Just select each one in turn to send it to your Sky box.

I only use my laptop so what should I do now?

You should be able to log in to Skystore on your laptop and within your library there - select "send to box" for each movie

@caesaromeI went to https://www.skystore.com/n/mlbm/my-library/my-movies but my three missing recordings aren't there. There was a 'search' box there; I entered 'The man who would be king' and it found it, giving me details of the Buy / Rent prices

I checked the link on the other reply (sorry, can't see your name when I'm replying) but again it didn't find the missing recordings.

What should I do now, please? Is there a sky employee who would find my three missing recordings and add them? He/she will be able to see that I purchased them, that Sky sent me the DVDs but that the recordings are missing.
