Seinfeld 1-9 is a mess.

purchased Seinfeld 1-9 from Sky Store earlier today. Sent it to my Sky Q box and well, its a mess.

First up each season is duplicated (two entries for season 1, two entries for season 2 etc.).

Second, the preview images used for each episode dont match the episode they are assigned to.

Third, Season 3, episode 15 (The Boyfriend (the one with Keith Hernandez, one of my favourites)) is missing and instead downloads another copy of episode 16.

Fourth, Season 3 episode 19 will not download. It can be watched on the Sky Store app but is listed as episode 20 when it begins playing.

Fifth, Season 4 episode 21 will not download at all.

Hopefully these get resolved soon.

The preview image issue is relatively common and something which I've seen often (and maybe not a major thing) but the other issues you mention do as you say - sound like a mess 

Might just be worth feeding this in to the Skystore team on livechat (below)

What you could do - is cut and paste your post in to the live chat. It won't get resolved there and then but they should aim to have it resolved for you and your detail is probably something they aren't aware of
