WRONG COUNTRY

When trying to redeem my VIP gift, upon entering the 'Claim Now' CODE I get the error message:-

 

The code you have entered is not valid
in this country. Please contact us for
assistance

 

I am in the UK and always have been

 

Any ideas folks?

It has been a long time since I did this so have you checked that you have to use the code.

 

When logging into the Sky Store website here if these films appear as £0.00 then you can go ahead and "purchase" one:

Hi @Avon1300 

 

When you sign in to your Skystore account online - in the my account section -is your address and postcode correct ?

 

Do you use a VPN ?  If so turn it off temporarily. 

The other suggestion which might work - is if you have a bit of data on your phone / tablet - come off wifi - and while on 4G / 5G try to apply the voucher online 

 

What sort of VIP code are you trying by the way ?
