Rental movie on sky go/sky movies app

I've downloaded The Nan Movie to my q box but want to watch it on my tablet, but when I open the Sky Go out Sky Movies app this film doesn't appear in the list. Anyone have any ideas why?

@karlw23  Try the Sky store app as that is where the movie would have been purchased from.

Sorry, that's what I meant, the Sky Store app - it's not showing on there although it's definitely on my Q box

@karlw23  If it's a rental and you sent to your Q box then you won't be able to view on any other device.

If you rent a movie on your Q box then you can only watch on the Q box

As @oldfella has said you can't watch a film you rented on a Sky Q box on any other device. If you haven't started to watch the film on the box then delete it as you shouldn't be charged for it. Then you can rent it via the Sky Store app if this is how you want to watch it.
