Viewing card no credit

I'm trying to rent a movie in sky store but it keeps saying no credit on viewing card

Hi @Kikikins 

 

Your on screen message and similar ones are fairly common. 

They can usually be resolved quickly with a livechat to the Skystore team - opens next at 11am tomorrow and is open till 7.30pm

This usually means your account hasn't been set up for Sky Store purchases so I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
