Viewing card issue insufficient credit?

Have been trying to purchase films and I keep getting the message insufficient credit on my viewing card. Try to ring then get placed to this and getting very frustrated. Please help

Are you trying to purchase them from Sky Store? Can you log in to the Sky Store website and purchase them on there then send them to your Q box? It may be that you have a small amount of credit on your account but no other card linked to your Sky Store account, and therefore cannot pay the full amount for a purchase until you add a credit card to your account.

This is a common issue so Sky will be able to fix this for you so you might want to get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
