Unable to watch a purchased film
We purchased a film to rent last night £19.99 I Swear. Purchase made and then told we didn't have UHD tv to watch it, then told there was a technical error in downloading.
can anyone help? Can I get a refund?

If you don't have UHD so you did not start to watch the film then you should not be charged so you can just rent it in HD. You need to delete the UHD version and delete it again from the deleted folder.
