VIP Diamond reward free movie

I have an email which says have a movie on us for your loyalty, there is a box which says claim now & a code.

I follow the link & choose a film & it takes me to a payment page & askd for my card details?? There is nowhere to add offer code as it says in the email.

Pleas etell me how to claim the free film without payment

If you have never used the online Sky Store before I believe you do have to provide your payment details but once you have done this you should be able to redeem the code by using the link posted above by @mike+simmonds . Once you have done this the credit from this voucher should appear via your online account allowing you to select a Buy and Keep film to the value of the credit as it will be used to pay it.

Thanks for the replies. I have tried the above link from @mike+simmonds  & I get a message this offer code is in the voucher code box, please enter this offer code on the order summary page?

I have use Sky store before, so dont see why I need payment information?

Can you provide some more details on what this free movie is, have you been sent an email inviting you to claim any film for free or just a certain film and if so what one is it ?

I was sent an email from sky with a code. I put the code in and it asks me to click and send to my sky box which I did. 
still nothing

Sorry. It was an email from sky offering g a free movie. I picked the movie, copy and pasted the code and it then asked me to click the button below to send to my q-box. I did all that and it isn't there. It is showing in the sky store as purchased but unable to view it.

What is happening when you try to view it ?

Are you able to archive it and then see if you can select it ?
