I am trying to get my free movie (diamond VIP customer) and it keeps telling me my voucher code is incorrect

Have you selected the film then added the code on the next screen ?

Still trying to get my free VIP movie, how do I get onto order summary page? seems very complicated to get the film

On the Sky Store website select you film from these:

https://www.skystore.com/n/mvse/sky-vip/sky-vip-gift

Select Buy and on the next screen you should see a box to add the voucher code you have been given as per this image from @mike+simmonds :
