I recently received an email from Sky customer services for a Sky Store voucher, but when I try to follow the link in the email it just says "Whoops, there's been an error" and won't show me the voucher.
Anybody know how to fix this?
Voucher was issued by customer services as a result of an engineer not turning up for a scheduled appointment if that helps.

Just had a look and the message isn't there. The link in the email is trying to take me to https://www.sky.com/myaccount/rewards-and-extras but just comes up with the error message in the photo whether I click the link or just put the web address straight into the browser.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
