Hello
I downloaded wonka from upstairs and my husband did it downstairs so we have downloaded it twice by mistake and paying £40 out extra. Please could we be refunded back on the one we haven't watched. No warning came on to say it we had already downloaded it.

For something like this my suggestion would be that you try a livechat with the Skystore team. Explain what has happened and ask for a goodwill refund of one of them.
