Unable to log into Sky store

I am unable to sign into Sky store. I can enter the email and password, but when it asks for my surname and I enter it, it comes up with unexpected error.

Hi @SL9 

 

a regular contributor @caesarome came up with a solution to a problem similar to yours

 

it occurred where the customer did not have their full details registered. 

 

Check to make sure your title (Mr, Mrs etc..) and surname is filled in here for your SKYID
