Unable to log in! (Using NOW TV black box)

Hi.

For some reason my sky store has logged me out on my TV. This has happened since last night/early hours of today, as I was watching a film on there last night into past midnight time.
I never sign myself out. So this is strange!

I can log on via my phone, so not an issue overall with my account. 
I checked to make sure there hasn't been any new devices added etc. Still only showing up as 3, so technically I have 1 space spare.

Every time I go to log in, I put in all my details and it comes up saying they're having problems signing me in and to try again!

I've switched the TV and Now Tv box off by the mains and left for a few minutes before turning back on. Made no difference!

Anyone else having the same issue? Or any advice on how to resolve this? Just paid £35 for a movie box set and can't watch them! Thank you, in advance.
