Film purchase

I have gone to download and rent a film, but accidentally rented in UHD which O don't have, I have cancelled the download, but will I still be charged?, also it now won't let me download in HD?

The good news @Kpr1980 is you will not be charged because you didn't start to watch it. So you now need to also delete it from the deleted section, once you have done this you will then be able to download the HD version.
