Technical issues ordering movies

Trying to download no time to die but getting "because of technical issue unable to download at this time" Any ideas???

We have the same issue.  

Restarted internet and sky boxes and it's made no difference.  Tried again this morning and still get the same message when try to download in any format including SD.  Any ideas?  

 

Emailed sky as it seems impossible to speak with anyone, and no response yet.

I've tried the chat line too, seems to only open at 11am so I have an hour to wait .

Sky helped me get it to work through their online chat function.  

 

Went into Settings, Status and then went to the Sky Go option and Reactivated it.  Then went back in to download it and it worked .
