Hi @Freddie88
If I haven't pressed play (or haven't been able to because of the format) you will not be charged.
To rent in SD/HD instead, you first need to completely remove the Ultra HD download.
Go to Recordings and then Rentals and select the title. Choose Delete.
Now go to Recordings then Manage then Deleted and select the title in the list. Choose Delete forever.
Once deleted from rentals and the deleted section, you can go into Sky Store and select the title again, choosing one of the other formats.
Regards,

Re: I have rented a movie in uhd by mistake
Hi @MarkHarv
Are you on Sky Q ?
Have you located the manage section at the bottom of your recordings menu
Inside that, one of the options is "deleted"
Your deleted rented movie "must" be there ? 🤔
That's where you should delete it forever from
any good - or is it not there ?

Re: I have rented a movie in uhd by mistake
Hi @Cell09
If you don't have a UHD TV then the movie can't have started to play - so you won't be charged
Just delete the UHD download - delete it again from your deleted items - then repurchase the format you prefer

Re: I have rented a movie in uhd by mistake
As stated earlier in this thread when renting via your Sky box we are only charged when we start to watch the film so as you didn't start watching this wrong version then you will not be charged for it.
