This what you need to do:
Go to Sky Store website via the link in the email.
Select a HD Digital Buy and Keep film.
Sign in or Sign up then select Add Offer Code apply.
So you have to place the order online via the Sky Store website as the code box appears after you select the film as per the image here from @mike+simmonds
