I ordered the movie weeks ago on Buy & Keep bit still not received the DVD and nothing listed in my orders on Sky Store - trying to speak to someone on chat someone is impossible

Was this Sonic 2 or Sonic 1 (when Sonic was free)
if the free one - then that free offer was download only
