Pre ordered a bluray not arrived

Preordered sonic 2 from sky store it has been released was told it would be posted and has still not arrived and is now not showing on my orders any advice as I have to pay for this on this months bill

@TWIGGYTA96  Your post has been  moved from the broadband forum as it's not a broadband issue.

If not there is a live chat that opens at 11am that you can use to speak to Sky if you are sure you did order this with a Blu-Ray against opposed to just the download option, the link to the live chat can be found here:

I saw a very similar post to yours yesterday regarding Sonic (it wasn't clear if that was Sonic 1 or Sonic 2)

 

At 11am the Skystore live chat opens and it might be easiest for you to chat with them directly to ask about your Bluray
