Skystore player device limit malfunction
I tried playing a purchased movie last night on Skystore player app on iPad and got the device limit reached and cannot add till Oct 1st, but nothing has been added or deleted and used my app the previous night with no problems.
After checking my devices I am showing only 3 devices registered and my iPad is one of them, I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling but still the same message.
Is anybody else having this problem?

I have seen at least one similar post to yours on the forum in the last few days.
Where these "device limit" glitches occur the best suggestion seems to be a live chat with the Skystore support team (link below) but unfortunately the livechat isn't open till 11am Monday
you might need to be a little persistent with them if they go down the "wait till Oct 1st" route.

It seems that my Skystore app on tv also now not working as reached device limit, but mobiles ok. Will call them in morning

Yes wont let we watch on any devices and say i wont till November
