I can’t redeem free movie on link sent via sky VIP

I was sent. Link as new to Sky saying I could get a free movie to the value of £13.99 but when you click to link it takes you to a selection of movies but clicking through you still have to pay! How do I redeem please

When looking at the link, were you definitely logged in ?


Usually these offers show a price until you are. After logging in they should show as £0

Thanks Mike, yes I was logged in and I also tried my mobile also logged in but still didn't work

@caesarome suggestion would be the way to go.

 

The chatbot thing is odd. I've used the service myself on a few occasions. 

sometimes you can easily get through to a person (the people are usually great) but on occasions the chat box takes you round in circles. I've assumed that's down to the number of agents available at any one time. 

I have found 10.59am a good time to log in an get in to a queue for a person. Hope you get it resolved

If it helps you to know for chatting on this forum. If you want to tag someone in to the chat - just press the @ key and a list of people on the thread pops up for you to choose from. 

The advantage of doing that is the person will usually get a message saying you are trying to tell them / ask them something.
