Skystore not working.

Trying to login to buy a movie but can't seem to get into skystore. Tried both on app and on website.

**EDIT** 

I got it working by going to my sky app and checking both first and surname are in 'my details'. Once this was done, it worked.

Yes mine is not working either ... on app or online ... it's like it's in a state of constant refresh once user name and password entered?

If the app or online are connected to a Wifi network who are the broadband supplier ?

Supplier is sky 😂 I have reset the broadband and the Tv and have tried turning off Wi-Fi too and going off mobile data but still doing the same xx
