Pay limit

Went to rent a movie it says ive reached my spending limit didn't know ow I had one

This message means that either your account hasn't been set up for you to rent and Buy filmjs or that you have reached a spending limit that is on your account to prevent overspending.

 

Either way you will need to get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
