Sky store redeem voucher

i was given sky store voucher for film but ended up buying the movie The Popes exorcist.

Can my voucher be redeemed against this rather than having £6.99 taken out of my account.

In case @caesarome isn't around today - if you add your voucher to your online account here (bottom left within the link)

You can then buy a movie with it online, but if you have already bought it on your Skybox - it will be added to your monthly bill 

Any movies bought online (buy and keep) can be sent to your Sky box.

It is to late to use the code against this film but you can still use it against another film but you must do it online via the Sky Store site, if you select a Buy and Keep film you can then send this to your Sky box. You can not sent rented films to the box though.

Tried to buy another film but when it said Offer code I entered code and it said this couldn't be used with this film check t and c.

Disappointed!

If your voucher is similar to mine @Simon+Haddon - our vouchers can only be used for thise films on the VIP list

I tried to buy "Plane" and got a similar message to you. 

I agree that it's slightly tricky to work out if a film is not on the VIP list without scrolling through hundreds of titles.
