Tried to use my sky vip code to get my free HD movie & sky charged me the full amount anyway.
Called sky who said I came through to the wrong department then hung up on me.
Some way to treat sky vip. Anybody else had this problem or can help me get my money back thanks

Did you get an actual code @rickmoat65 and if so did you redeem it via your online Sky Store account ?

and despite doing these things @rickmoat65 you still got charged ? Was it definitely a VIP free movie you chose ?
