Sky store purchases

I can't purchase anything in sky store. Everytime I try to rent or purchase a film it states there is a technical issue. This has been since having SkyQ so the box has been rebooted numberous times etc and it still doesn't work. Any ideas or do I need to call sky?

You can purchase a Buy and Keep film online and then send it to your account so if you are planning to purchase one of these films seem if it doing it via the sky Store website will work for you.
