Mistaken purchase

I've mistakenly paid for a sky store film instead of using a free code that sky gave me, is there any way of cancelling the order. I stopped the download immediately and haven't attempted to watch it

Hi @mummyd4 

 

If it was a rental from your Sky box and you haven't watched any of it - you won't be charged. 

If it was a transaction from Skystore online - or a buy and keep from your Sky box then the system will charge you 

 

Best thing to try is a livechat tomorrow (open at 11am) with the Skystore team to ask for some goodwill
