Sky store purchases

Hey guys I need help 

basically I left Sky a few months ago because they upped my bill and I had the option to leave which I did. I purchased hundreds of Sky Store movies but when I log into the Sky Store app, there's only 35 showing. I've tried ringing Sky they seem to have no clue what to do eventually some of them have put me through to Sky Store department but all I hear is a few beeps and then the phone goes dead I have no clue what to do I've spent goodness knows how many hundreds on movies but I should be entitled to watch them or all my money back any help would be appreciated thank you
