Every time we try to buy a film on our Sky Stream box it asks us to login. When we complete the process it doesn't proceed with the purchase. If we try another film we get pushed back to login.
Looking at previous posts the suggestion is to link the sky store and sky id accounts. HOwever, they seem to both be already connected, as when I login to the sky store account page - https://www.skystore.com/n/aacc/my-account/account - and scroll down it doesn not show any link account options; instead it states View My Sky account and when I select that it opens the correct account on the My Sky website.
Does anybody have any ideas? Otherwise, we'll just have to buy/rent through other app services.
