Sky store purchases

Hi I cancelled my sky TV but I have bought films on sky store I want you to change my account to a sky store only account so I can continue watching movies that I purchased, but following the instructions from the chat bot I'm not getting anywhere 😔 and no customer service peeps are available,

Nothing needs to be changed. After you cancel your Sky TV subscription you just log in to the Sky Store website or app with the same SkyID details you used before and your purchases will still be there.

Respectfully @Angel_Aka we've heard on the forum that the - do nothing - system often doesn't work 

 

my personal suggestion is that @welshlegend should persevere with trying to change his Skystore account to Skystore only 

 

the live chat will be closing soon but should be open at 11am

 

If you are free to do so @welshlegend I find if you are on the chat at 10.59am you should get through and you need to ask to chat to a person.  On here we are all just Sky customers like you and  so you may well get different suggestions (as you have today)
