Sky store purchases not playing

I use Sky Stream.  When I try and play anything on Sky Store and Sky Go I get the following error messages

Sky Store - Screen Mirroring Sky Store doesn't support video playback.

Sky Go - An unknown error has occurred please try again - to this seems to be also linked to mirroring. 

Thing is I'm not mirroring just trying to playback on my Android phone (latest OS)

@Tardis005  You should be able to playback directly from the Sky store app within Glass/Stream as you can't mirra cast to a Glass TV.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi GD1,

All DLs work fine on the Sky Stream puck.  It's only content on my Sky apps on my phone that don't play. And that's ALL content not just DLs

@Tardis005  In that case as it's not a Sky Glass/Stream issue I'v moved your thread to the Sky Store forum.

There could be something you have installed on the phone that is causing this so do you use anything like a VPN ?

Yes indeed. I've been wondering if one of my apps is causing this so I'm investigating.

Hi

 

I bought season 1-15 of supernatural in the sky store which was working fine until I got to a certain episode which won't play at all. It says to check my internet but the episode before & the episode after play ok..

All my devices, sky glass, iPad, iPhone, none of them work. But it is just the one episode.
