Pre booked Gladiator  2 back in November  (it's on my January bill) and although I got a text to tell me the time had come to sit back and relax with the film, it isn't there to watch. I've tried the unhelpful bot that has me going in circles and I've tried re booting but still no Gladiator 2. Please help.

Have you tried doing a voice search for Gladiator? That brings up a selection of tiles including Galadiator II in the store.  As youve paid for it, you should be able to download it from there
