We rented wicked last Saturday it was for the week and has already disappeared. We can not find it anywhere. We purchased for our daughter for her birthday and we only watched half of it saving the rest but it has vanished.

As I understand it, unfortunately, once you start to watch a rental you only have 48 hours to watch it.

Although they closed at 7.30pm, the Skystore support team are open next at 11am tomorrow
It might possibly be worth you trying their livechat to ask if they are able to offer you a goodwill rental.
Although when you look at the terms and conditions, the 48 hour rule mentioned by the others is quite clear, we often hear of customers who feel the rule isn't displayed prominently enough.
