Sky store purchase
I am getting a error message saying the programme cant be purchased at the moment as your account is not enabled for purchases and im unsure why? How do i fix this?

This si something that does come up a lot so should be an easy fix for Sky Store support as you will need to contact them about it, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm each day and can be found here:
