I've got many movies purchased on sky store but can't access any of them as the sky store app keeps crashing sort it out sky !
And I know I'm not the only customer with this issue

If that is the case you are the only one that has posted on here about it which is odd as people usually post on here at a rate of knots if a major issue crops up.
What device are you using and have you tried rebooting it ?

Android and tablet WiFi good but no app just the wheel of death and for your info maybe people haven't posted because they can't be bothered but 2 customers with sky currently in my location do have the same issue

That would be unusual if there was a major issue which I don't think there is as it is working for me on my tablet so to save me suggesting things you have already tried what has you already tried ?

I've given up rebooted devices reloaded app still won't work it seems it can only be the app as my sky go works ok thanks for help will have to rethink purchasing films on store 👍🏻
