Sky store not working. Gettjng error code 0003

Sky store stopped working 3 days ago, getting error message code 0003.

Have tried resetting WiFi, uninstall updating

Is this to do with NowTV, if not what devce is this happening on ?

I have been having the same issue for the last 4 days now. I load the Sky Store app and it tries to boot and then comes up with an error message and the error code 0003. 

The device I've tried on is also a Now TV Smart Stick (which I saw a previous thread closed because of the device!) but I have spoken to Now and they have told me to contact Sky as they only supply the app and have nothing to do with the content etc. So now I'm waiting for it to be fixed or for a response for somebody to help because as of yet nobody seems to have an answer.

Thanks for the response, am currently emailing for help through sky store app which will only load on mobile data. Have tried everything, resetting over & over, hopefully they have an answer.

Sorry only just saw your response. I trust it's fixed for you by now? Just in case it's not, not that this will help, but Sky Store responded to me the other day by basically saying that you just have to be patient and wait for it to be fixed 😂 so helpful!

Yes it's working again now, had an engineer out, but it started working again after I rang them. Connection issues , they said could keep dropping in and out. Is yours sorted ?

Ahh ok. Yes mine is working fine now, started working ok a couple of days later and had no issues with it since. Just now having issues with Disney+ on sky q box! Always something
