Sky store not connecting

We have sky glass and since upgrading we haven't been able to simply enter a pin to purchase movies like before. Now we have to sign in with the app. Anyhow we have done this and purchased the Mario movie. When we go to play it, it tells us to buy it again and asks us to sign in. It only lets you sign in with a code on the mobile app. Which we have done. We have also recieved email confirmation that we have purchased the movie and can watch it on the phone. But cannot get it to come on the tv despite signing in with the code multiple times as it has asked. 
This is so disappointing and frustrating.
