Playback Unavailable at the moment. Please try again Code (1100)

Just bought a film for the first time on sky store and have had to restart my box 3 times and refresh my apps as well. Managed to get 3/4 through but now can't get past this error no matter how much I refresh or restart. Really disappointing experience after buying a film for £20
