I bought a movie but can't watch on the TV

Can you explain a bit more about the circumstances.
did you buy online or on your Sky box ? Was it a buy and keep or a rental ?
are you getting an error message ?

I received a voucher and had to redeem it on sky.com
But didn't show up on the TV.
I'm managing to watch it on my iPad but no the same

and was it a rental or a buy and keep.
If it was a buy and keep you should see an option on your Ipad to "send to box" and that will transfer it to your Sky box.
If it was a rental - unfortunately you can't send it to your Sky box as such. If you have an LG TV with Skystore built you can use that to view rentals - or if you have a chromecast - you can cast most (but not premiere rentals) to your TV.

Think I bought it, couldn't see anything about sending it to the TV.
I'll phone sky again tomorrow.
They had me on hold for over 30 mins today
