Sky store movie

I've downloaded a uhd movie but my tv isn't compatible is it possible to change it without being charged twice

As you didn't start watching it then you will not be charged for it @Dean3099 so delete the film and delete it again from Recordings > Deleted. Once you have done this you can then download the HD version.
