Mis purchased rental

I've bought the film midway in uhd and now can't run it on my tv as it is not uhd tv. How can I cancel this purchase and re order as an hd?

Re: Mis purchased rental

Hi @Eahygges

If I haven't pressed play (or haven't been able to because of the format) you will not be charged.

To rent in SD/HD you first need to completely remove the Ultra HD download.

Go to Recordings and then Rentals and select the title. Choose Delete.

Now go to Recordings then Manage then Deleted and select the title in the list. Choose Delete forever.

Once deleted from rentals and deleted, you can go into Sky Store and select the title again, and you be able to choose the other formats.

Regards
