Sky store - disappearing films

All of my films bar one have gone from my sky store app. Anyone got any ideas?

You might want to get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

Thanks Cesarome, That was my first course of action, I was directed from there to ask here. I am not amused that I have lost all of my purchased films, not a good idea to purchase more if they can disappear so easily.

Have you made any changes to your account?

If you have recently left Sky or changed to Sky Glass or Sky Stream, that could explain it.

Also if you have had issues with your Sky iD, that could cause this issue. 

The eaiser one to sort is if you have left or changed, and will need you to reach out to the Sky Store team. 

The second one would also need to be sorted by the Sky Store team, but could be trickier to fix if the old Sky iD has been deleted.
