Unable to watch Sky Store on either Glass or Glass Air

I am currently unable to watch Sky Store on either my Glass or Glass Air TV's. How do I rectify this?

Can you tell us what is happening when you try to use the app on either TV ?

Hi. It just says that there are too many devices already using the app. I don't have anything apart from the puck on the device list so don't know what it's on about

If you login in here does it show just this one puck:

Does it say this "You can add 1 more device this month." ?

 

If not does it say you can add one next month, so Friday ?
